Grief is a spiralling, changing, vortex of emotions which challenge our very core.
I have lost my husband my father, friends, colleagues and all grieving processes were different. There is no rulebook to follow, there is no one size fits all prescription to help us navigate this.
My love of music helped me alot through grief. So I have finally written one of my own songs, as I am now in a place where I can just think back and celebrate the love i was lucky enough to experience and share with them all.
